In addition to the numerous cultural and social activities that are regularly organized (such as conferences, concerts, trips, mus and bridge tournaments, dinners, parties…). IG Social Club makes a wide range of services and facilities available to all Members through possible collaboration with the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, which is undoubtedly one of the best sports and health and wellness facilities in Madrid.
A space for health care, consisting of a gym, swimming pool, massage room, sauna, Turkish bath. The gym at the es Hotel, with the best equipment of all private clubs. More than 200 square meters dedicated to body care.

The machines installed in the gym are, “without a doubt, the best on the market, offering the latest technology and the most innovative design. The room also has auxiliary material for Pilates and Rehabilitation (medicine balls, soft-ball, air discs…) and, of course, a team of highly qualified monitors available to all members. They are room trainers, but they also act as personal trainers, as they prepare personalized plans for members who wish to do so and are in permanent coordination and supervision of the execution of exercises.

The pool is heated and equipped with hydromassage, countercurrent jet and salt water. Valid both for standard swimming practice and for specific exercises to improve injuries. The Health Center is completed by the Turkish bath and the sauna (both with towel, gel and cologne service) and the massage rooms, where, run by a masseuse and a physiotherapist, members have a wide range of services.
